Easy Returns Management System vs Webkul Wallet Managementfor Shopify (2026)
Easy Returns Management System and Webkul Wallet Management, while both listed in the Shopify 'Returns and Warranty' and 'Returns and Exchanges' categories, address very different needs. Easy Returns Management System, based on its name, appears to be designed for streamlining the returns process for Shopify merchants, though its lack of reviews (28) and a zero-star rating present a significant red flag. The description is not available and therefore the exact functionality of this app is unknown. Webkul Wallet Management, on the other hand, focuses on creating a digital wallet system within a Shopify store. With a perfect 5/5 rating from 35 reviews, and a clear description, it offers features like customer wallet creation, cashback rules management, direct money transfers to wallets, customer-funded wallets, and wallet-based order payments. This makes it suitable for merchants aiming to increase customer loyalty and encourage repeat purchases through a digital rewards system. The key difference lies in functionality: one (Easy Returns Management System) should, in theory, focus on returns processing (though lacks evidence) while the other enhances customer payment options and loyalty.

Our Verdict
Based on the available information, Webkul Wallet Management appears to be the stronger and more reliable option. Its perfect rating and clear feature set indicate a well-functioning and user-friendly app for merchants seeking to implement a digital wallet system. The Easy Returns Management System, with its zero-star rating and low review count, presents significant risk. Merchants specifically needing a digital wallet and cashback system should confidently choose Webkul Wallet Management. However, until Easy Returns Management System shows improved results, caution is advised.
If a merchant is struggling to deal with a high return rate and want automation of the management of returns, they should proceed with caution with Easy Returns Management System due to the low rating. If a merchant is sure about their business case, it may be worth testing it for a trial period and assessing its return rate for improvement.
