Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on B2B operations, wholesale management, or creating exclusive content for specific customer groups, Easy Wholesale Lock for B2B is the clear choice. Its features cater directly to access control, price hiding, and customized content delivery. However, for merchants seeking to increase revenue, offer peace of mind to their customers with product protection, and delegate the associated risk and support, SureBright Product Protection is the better option. Its focus on warranties and insurance provides a valuable service to customers and generates additional income for the merchant.
While SureBright has a slightly higher rating, the low review count suggests it may be newer or more niche. Easy Wholesale Lock's lower rating but much higher review count indicates a more established user base, despite potential complexities in configuration given the nature of its features. Both apps offer different routes to 'Customer Loyalty'.
