Our Verdict
For merchants looking to manage access to specific content, hide prices from the public, or create exclusive wholesale sections for certain customers, Easy Wholesale Lock for B2B is the clear choice. It offers granular control over who sees what on your store, improving customer experience. On the other hand, for merchants seeking to broaden their product catalog, enter new markets, or avoid managing inventory, Syncee Premium AI Dropshipping is the better option. The higher ratings and review count suggest that a lot of merchants have had success utilizing Syncee's marketplace model.
If you are dropshipping or plan to, Syncee should be at the top of your list. If you already have a mature product catalog, and a need to segment customers on what they see, then Easy Wholesale Lock is your best bet. It's unlikely that merchants would need both, given their distinct functionality.
Common Questions
Can both apps be used together?
While technically possible, it's unlikely that using both apps concurrently would be beneficial. Easy Wholesale Lock manages access to existing content, while Syncee adds new products to your store.
Which app is easier to use?
Syncee appears easier to use due to its focus on automation and AI-driven product discovery. Easy Wholesale Lock, while powerful, may require more configuration to set up access rules. The difference is that it depends on your business goals, not difficulty.
Does Syncee support B2B pricing?
While Syncee primarily focuses on connecting merchants with suppliers and automating product sourcing, it does not explicitly advertise native B2B pricing functionality. You would need to investigate on a per-supplier basis.
Is Easy Wholesale Lock suitable for stores without wholesale components?
Yes, Easy Wholesale Lock is versatile and can be used to restrict access to any type of content based on various customer criteria, not just for wholesale purposes (eg. exclusive content for email subscribers).
Which app has better customer support?
Syncee explicitly highlights '24/7 support', suggesting a strong focus on customer assistance. Easy Wholesale Lock doesn't mention its support availability, so we cannot deduce which offers better support. Contacting both for questions may help in your decision.
