EasyBy Bulk Product Edit vs Elevate A/B Testing Price Testfor Shopify (2026)
EasyBy Bulk Product Edit and Elevate A/B Testing Price Test are both Shopify apps impacting pricing, but cater to drastically different merchant needs. EasyBy focuses on operational efficiency, providing tools for bulk editing product information like price, inventory, and SEO, making it ideal for merchants managing large catalogs and requiring rapid updates. Elevate, on the other hand, centers around data-driven pricing optimization through A/B testing, targeting merchants focused on revenue maximization and continuous improvement through experimentation. The core difference lies in their approach. EasyBy streamlines product management with straightforward bulk editing and scheduling capabilities. This allows for swift price adjustments, inventory management, and SEO updates. Elevate takes a more analytical approach. It's an A/B testing platform designed to identify optimal pricing and strategies through experimentation. Its ability to test various elements like shipping rates, themes, and content alongside pricing distinguishes it from EasyBy. Therefore, EasyBy prioritizes speed and efficiency in managing product data, while Elevate prioritizes revenue optimization through scientific experimentation. The choice between the two hinges on a merchant's primary goal. A merchant needing to quickly adjust prices for a sale or update SEO for many products simultaneously would benefit from EasyBy. A merchant focused on discovering the optimal price point for specific products or segments, along with optimizing the overall customer experience, would be better served by Elevate.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking to efficiently manage a large product catalog and make quick, broad changes to pricing and other product attributes, EasyBy Bulk Product Edit is the more suitable choice. Its focus on bulk editing and scheduling streamlines product management tasks. However, merchants prioritizing revenue optimization through data-driven experimentation should opt for Elevate A/B Testing Price Test. Elevate provides a comprehensive A/B testing platform to identify optimal pricing strategies, content, and other elements that contribute to increased revenue.
While EasyBy offers practicality in product management, Elevate provides a more strategic approach to maximize profit through continuous testing and data analysis. A smaller store with a curated collection might benefit more from Elevate's price optimization insights, while a larger store with frequent product changes will appreciate EasyBy's bulk editing capabilities. If a store needs both functionalities, they might need to consider if their budget allows for both apps, or if one could be integrated with a different service to fulfill the missing functions.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to use?
EasyBy claims to be simple to use with a two-step process. Elevate aims for both simplicity and sophistication, suggesting it might have a steeper learning curve but more advanced features.
Which app is better for small businesses?
It depends. If the small business needs to manage prices for a larger catalog and requires frequent changes, EasyBy could be valuable. However, if the primary goal is to optimize prices and other store elements to increase revenue, Elevate might be a better investment, as it's focused on revenue-generating A/B testing.
Does EasyBy offer A/B testing for pricing?
Based on the provided information, EasyBy does *not* offer A/B testing for pricing. It focuses on bulk editing and scheduling product data changes, including price.
Can Elevate change product descriptions in bulk?
Elevate's primary function is A/B testing various store elements, including content. It can't directly change product descriptions in bulk, but can test different description versions against each other to see which perform better. The successful descriptions must still be implemented manually or through an additional service.
Which app has better customer support?
The data provided doesn't offer any insights into customer support for either app. The number of reviews and ratings can be considered as indicators, but it doesn't definitively represent a better support service.
