Our Verdict
The choice between EasyBy Bulk Product Edit and SC Customer Tagging hinges on the merchant's primary needs. If the merchant frequently updates product information (prices, descriptions, SEO) in bulk, EasyBy Bulk Product Edit is the clear winner. The ability to schedule and revert changes is a significant advantage. However, if the merchant is focused on improving customer engagement and personalization through targeted marketing and automated workflows, SC Customer Tagging is the superior choice. Its integration with Zapier and marketing platforms amplifies its value for sophisticated marketing strategies.
While SC Customer Tagging has a higher rating and more reviews, indicating greater user satisfaction, this doesn't automatically make it the better choice for *every* merchant. A merchant solely focused on product updates would find EasyBy more useful. SC Customer Tagging offers a more strategic benefit, but also requires a more substantial commitment to customer segmentation and lifecycle marketing.
