EasyFlow Product Options vs Splitify: Variants As Productsfor Shopify (2026)
EasyFlow Product Options and Splitify: Variants As Products both target Shopify merchants aiming to improve how they handle product variants, but they address fundamentally different aspects of the problem. EasyFlow focuses on *creating* and *customizing* variants with rich features like conditional logic and dynamic pricing, essentially expanding the capabilities of Shopify's native variant system. Splitify, conversely, focuses on *displaying* existing variants by treating them as individual products on collection and listing pages. This aims to improve product visibility and streamline the customer's discovery process. The key difference lies in whether the merchant needs tools to *create* complex variant options or tools to *showcase* existing variants more effectively.

Our Verdict
EasyFlow Product Options is the superior choice for merchants selling customizable products requiring diverse input methods (text, images, files) and complex pricing rules. If a merchant needs to let customers design their own t-shirts, create personalized jewelry, or offer subscription boxes with numerous options, EasyFlow provides the tools to build that experience. Splitify: Variants As Products, on the other hand, is ideal for merchants whose primary challenge is making variants of standard products (e.g., clothing in different colors and sizes) more visible and easily accessible within their store. If the goal is to improve the browsing experience and conversion rates for products with simple variations, Splitify is likely a better fit.
Common Questions
Which app is better for products with many colors and sizes?
Splitify: Variants As Products will likely be more beneficial for displaying those options directly on collection pages, improving visibility and streamlining the shopping experience. EasyFlow would only be useful if you needed to customize those color/size options in some way beyond just listing them.
Can EasyFlow Product Options increase my average order value?
Yes, EasyFlow offers smart price addons with multi-currency support, which allows merchants to upsell and dynamically adjust pricing based on selected options, potentially increasing the average order value.
Does Splitify work with Shopify's native variant system?
Yes, Splitify leverages Shopify's existing variant system. It simply changes *how* those variants are displayed on the storefront.
Which app offers better customization of the checkout experience?
Neither app directly customizes the checkout experience. EasyFlow customizes the *product* page with additional options and pricing rules. Splitify focuses solely on product discovery *before* a customer adds anything to their cart.
Which app is better for handling out-of-stock variants?
Splitify includes a feature to hide out-of-stock variants on collection and product listing pages. EasyFlow does not explicitly mention a feature for handling out-of-stock variants in this manner.
