EasyFlow Product Options vs Varia ‑ variants on collectionfor Shopify (2026)
EasyFlow Product Options and Varia ‑ variants on collection are both Shopify apps addressing product variant management, but they cater to distinct merchant needs. EasyFlow focuses on enhancing individual product pages by offering extensive customization options like text inputs, image swatches, and conditional logic to create personalized product experiences. Its strength lies in its robust feature set for product personalization and advanced variant management within a single product listing. This makes it suitable for merchants who want to offer highly customizable products and increase order value through smart price add-ons. In contrast, Varia aims to improve product discovery and sales by displaying product variants as separate products directly on collection pages. This approach is beneficial for merchants with a wide variety of product variants, as it increases visibility and improves the browsing experience. It simplifies the shopping journey by allowing customers to find specific variants directly from collection pages, linking back to a single product with all options.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking in-depth product customization and upsell capabilities on individual product pages, EasyFlow Product Options is the superior choice. Its comprehensive feature set, including conditional logic and multi-currency pricing, empowers merchants to create personalized shopping experiences and potentially increase average order value. However, for merchants primarily concerned with increasing the visibility of their various product variants within collection pages and improving overall product discoverability, Varia ‑ variants on collection is more suitable. The ability to display variants as individual products within collections addresses a different challenge and caters to a different set of priorities.
