Our Verdict
The choice between EasyGo13 Slack Stream and Mercuri WhatsApp SMS Marketing depends entirely on the merchant's needs. EasyGo13 is ideal for businesses that heavily rely on Slack for internal communication and need immediate visibility into store operations for quick response. It's a good fit for teams that value collaboration and real-time problem solving. On the other hand, Mercuri is better suited for merchants looking to build customer relationships, drive sales through targeted marketing campaigns, and engage with customers on a more personal level via WhatsApp and SMS. The significantly higher rating and the presence of reviews for Mercuri also lends it more credibility at this time. Given the lack of any reviews for EasyGo13, Mercuri is currently the stronger recommendation if both apps address a merchant's core needs.
