EasyGo13 Telegram Stream vs Mercuri WhatsApp SMS Marketingfor Shopify (2026)
EasyGo13 Telegram Stream and Mercuri WhatsApp SMS Marketing both aim to improve store management, but they target different communication platforms and therefore cater to distinct merchant needs. EasyGo13 Telegram Stream focuses on providing real-time Shopify event notifications directly to Telegram chats, enabling swift responses to changes in orders, inventory, and other crucial store activities. This is beneficial for merchants already heavily reliant on Telegram for team communication and looking for a direct, instant notification system. Mercuri WhatsApp SMS Marketing focuses on WhatsApp, likely integrating marketing features for sending out messages to customers, as well as providing staff notifications. The core difference lies in the communication channel. EasyGo13 offers a more internal-focused notification system via Telegram, designed for rapid operational management. Our Verdict
For merchants whose team heavily relies on Telegram for internal communication and needs immediate alerts on store operations, EasyGo13 Telegram Stream is the more direct choice. Its focus on real-time notifications for key events like orders, refunds, and stock levels allows for swift action.
If a merchant is already actively engaging customers on WhatsApp and seeks a unified platform for both customer communication and staff notifications, Mercuri WhatsApp SMS Marketing might be the better option. However, since only 'Staff notifications' are confirmed as shared categories and very little info exists for Mercuri WhatsApp SMS Marketing, more research would be needed. It's important to determine the extent and types of notifications it provides before making a final decision.
