EasyRoutes Local Delivery vs Intuitive Shippingfor Shopify (2026)
EasyRoutes Local Delivery and Intuitive Shipping, while both operating within the 'Delivery and pickup' Shopify category, address very different aspects of the shipping and fulfillment process. EasyRoutes focuses on streamlining local delivery operations for merchants who manage their own deliveries. It provides tools for route optimization, driver management, customer notifications, and proof of delivery, targeting merchants who need efficient internal delivery logistics. Intuitive Shipping, on the other hand, is a more versatile shipping solution designed to provide granular control over shipping rates and options at checkout. It targets merchants who have outgrown basic shipping options and need to customize their checkout experience with complex pricing rules and conditions. The key difference lies in their focus: EasyRoutes is about optimizing the physical delivery process once an order is placed, while Intuitive Shipping is about providing flexible and accurate shipping options *before* an order is placed. EasyRoutes emphasizes operational efficiency and customer communication for local deliveries, while Intuitive Shipping focuses on improving the checkout experience by offering customized shipping rates and options that align with a merchant's specific business needs and shipping rules.

Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing efficient and trackable local deliveries managed in-house, EasyRoutes Local Delivery is the clear choice. Its route optimization, driver app, and customer notification features streamline the entire local delivery process. However, merchants struggling with complex shipping rules or who need highly customized checkout shipping options should opt for Intuitive Shipping. The app's ability to define shipping rates based on numerous conditions and its onboarding support make it suitable for businesses with sophisticated shipping needs. While Intuitive Shipping has a slightly higher rating and more reviews, the best app ultimately depends on the specific shipping challenges faced by the merchant.
