Our Verdict
If your business handles local deliveries with its own drivers, EasyRoutes Local Delivery is the clear winner. Its route optimization and driver management features will significantly streamline your delivery process and improve customer experience. The comprehensive order tracking and notification system ensures customers are kept informed.
However, if you primarily ship orders via Australia Post using MyPost Business or eParcel services, SellerDash: AusPost Shipping is the superior choice. Its focus on label generation, rate calculation, and bulk fulfillment for Australia Post will save you time and reduce errors. While it lacks the comprehensive delivery management features of EasyRoutes, it excels at simplifying the specific task of shipping with Australia Post.
Common Questions
Can EasyRoutes handle shipments through Australia Post?
The description and features of EasyRoutes do not indicate direct integration with Australia Post or any other specific shipping carrier. It focuses on route optimization and delivery management for businesses handling their own deliveries.
Can SellerDash optimize delivery routes like EasyRoutes?
SellerDash's primary function is to streamline shipping with Australia Post. It does not offer route optimization features for delivery drivers.
Is either app suitable for international shipping?
EasyRoutes focuses on *local* delivery. SellerDash *does* mention live rates for Domestic and International orders, making it more applicable for this purpose.
Which app is better for a small business with only a few deliveries per day?
SellerDash might be a better starting point if those deliveries are primarily shipped through Australia Post. The complexity of EasyRoutes might be overkill. However, if the small business is doing local deliveries with its own staff, EasyRoutes might still provide value in the long run.
