Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants primarily focused on Cash on Delivery payments, especially those involved in dropshipping, EasySell COD Form & Upsells offers a more targeted and effective solution. Its features designed to reduce fake orders, streamline the COD process, and enhance COD conversions make it the superior choice for this specific niche. However, for merchants seeking a comprehensive suite of conversion tools beyond COD optimization, Vitals: Reviews, Bundles, AI provides a broader range of functionalities. If a store requires product reviews, wishlists, AI-powered tools, and other conversion-focused features, Vitals represents a more versatile and potentially cost-effective option compared to using multiple separate apps.
Common Questions
Which app is better for dropshipping?
EasySell COD Form & Upsells is specifically designed for dropshipping, with features like 1-Click COD forms and integrations with Google Sheets. While Vitals offers helpful features, it lacks the COD focus that many dropshippers require.
Which app offers better upsell capabilities?
Both apps offer upsell features. EasySell focuses on upsells related to the COD order process, while Vitals provides a broader range of upsell options, including bundles, BOGO offers, and volume discounts.
Which app is easier to set up and use?
EasySell is likely easier to set up due to its more focused feature set. Vitals, with its numerous features, may require more time and effort to configure effectively.
Which app is more cost-effective?
The cost-effectiveness depends on the merchant's needs. If a merchant primarily needs COD optimization and would otherwise pay for separate apps for OTP verification and Google Sheets integration, EasySell could be more cost-effective. If a merchant needs several of the tools offered by Vitals, consolidating into one app would likely be cheaper than multiple single-purpose apps.
Does Vitals offer phone number verification?
Based on the descriptions, Vitals doesn't specifically mention phone number verification via OTP or similar features, which is a core offering of EasySell. Vitals focuses on broader conversion tools such as reviews and bundles.
