Easyteam for Point of Sale vs Erply POS Integrationfor Shopify (2026)
Easyteam for Point of Sale and Erply POS Integration cater to distinct needs within the Shopify retail ecosystem. Easyteam focuses on comprehensive staff management for physical retail locations using Shopify POS, offering features like time tracking, scheduling, commission management, and payroll processing all integrated directly into the Shopify POS system. The app aims to streamline employee-related workflows, providing a user-friendly experience with strong onboarding support and live customer service. Its ideal customer is a retail store looking to improve staff management and operational efficiency within the Shopify POS environment. Erply POS Integration, on the other hand, focuses on data synchronization between the Erply POS system and Shopify. It serves as a bridge, automatically transferring sales documents, payments, and customer data from Shopify to Erply, while also synchronizing product information and inventory from Erply to Shopify. Erply is targeted at businesses already heavily invested in the Erply POS system and seeking seamless integration with their Shopify online store. Critically, its significantly lower rating and far fewer reviews suggest potential issues with user satisfaction or reliability. Based on the available information, the ease of use and reliability claims of Erply are questionable.

Our Verdict
For Shopify retailers seeking comprehensive staff management directly within their Shopify POS system, Easyteam for Point of Sale appears to be the superior choice. Its significantly higher rating and large number of positive reviews suggest a reliable and well-received solution. The feature set directly addresses the needs of managing staff schedules, commissions, and payroll.
Erply POS Integration is suitable only for merchants deeply entrenched in the Erply ecosystem who require integration with their Shopify store. However, the extremely low rating and minimal reviews should serve as a significant red flag, prompting extensive research and caution before considering this option. Users should explore alternative integration solutions or carefully assess the reported issues before committing to Erply POS Integration.
Common Questions

Easyteam claims easy onboarding and minimal training, while Erply's low rating suggests potential usability issues. Easyteam is likely easier to use, assuming the app claims hold true.
Which app is better for managing employee time and attendance?
Easyteam excels at employee time and attendance management, offering clock-in/out features directly from the Shopify POS and mobile devices. Erply does not offer this functionality.
Which app is better for a merchant already using Erply?
While Erply POS Integration *should* be the better option for merchants already using Erply, the extremely low rating and minimal reviews indicate serious concerns about its functionality and reliability. Thorough research and user feedback are crucial before choosing Erply POS Integration, and alternative integration options should be explored.
Does Easyteam work if I don't use Shopify POS?
While the description heavily emphasizes integration with Shopify POS, Easyteam also mentions clocking in/out from mobile devices. The full extent of its functionality without Shopify POS is unclear from the provided information, but it's designed primarily for POS users.
Which app has better customer support?
