Our Verdict
For retailers managing a physical store and using Shopify POS, Easyteam for Point of Sale is the clear choice. It offers a comprehensive suite of staff management tools tailored to the retail environment. However, if your focus is on automating communication workflows, updating data objects, and require greater flexibility in triggering actions based on store events, Notifications by Modd Apps provides more powerful features.
Choosing between the two depends entirely on your business needs. If your company does not have a brick and mortar presence, the Notifications by Modd Apps will be more useful to your specific needs. If you have a retail location, Easyteam will serve you much better.
