Easyteam for Point of Sale vs SC Store Locator Mapfor Shopify (2026)
Easyteam for Point of Sale and SC Store Locator Map serve entirely different purposes within a Shopify merchant's business. Easyteam focuses on internal staff management for brick-and-mortar stores using Shopify POS. It provides features for scheduling, time tracking, commissions, and payroll, aiming to streamline employee-related operations. In contrast, SC Store Locator Map is designed to enhance the customer experience by helping them find physical store locations. It offers features like Google Maps integration, geolocation, and customizable store listings to drive foot traffic. The key difference lies in their target audiences: Easyteam is primarily for store managers and owners seeking to optimize their staff's performance and efficiency. SC Store Locator Map, on the other hand, targets businesses with multiple locations or dealer networks who want to improve discoverability and drive in-store sales. While both technically address needs related to selling in person, they do so from completely opposite angles—one internal, the other external and customer-facing.
