Eccosys ERP vs InSyncer for MYOB Acumaticafor Shopify (2026)
Eccosys ERP and InSyncer for MYOB Acumatica are both ERP solutions aiming to streamline operations for Shopify merchants in 2026, but they cater to different needs. Eccosys ERP, whose description and headline are in Portuguese, positions itself as a comprehensive ERP solution for e-commerce management. It emphasizes stock management, sales, invoice generation (NF-e), order fulfillment, and multi-CNPJ (Brazilian company registration number) support, potentially targeting Brazilian merchants specifically. On the other hand, InSyncer for MYOB Acumatica focuses on seamless integration between Shopify and the MYOB Acumatica ERP system, particularly for price, inventory, and order synchronization, with a focus on both B2C and B2B scenarios. The primary difference lies in their core functionality and target audience. Eccosys ERP seems to be a standalone ERP system built for e-commerce, while InSyncer acts as a connector between Shopify and an existing MYOB Acumatica ERP. InSyncer highlights ease of use, promising quick setup, while Eccosys focuses on a robust, all-in-one approach suitable for growing businesses. The lack of reviews for Eccosys ERP presents a risk, compared to the perfect 5/5 rating (albeit with only 6 reviews) for InSyncer, which indicates generally positive user experiences. Merchants already invested in MYOB Acumatica will find InSyncer appealing, while those seeking a new, comprehensive ERP system might consider Eccosys, assuming they are Portuguese speaking or based in Brazil.

Our Verdict
If you are already using MYOB Acumatica and need to connect it to your Shopify store, InSyncer for MYOB Acumatica is the clear choice. Its focus on seamless integration, combined with a positive rating, makes it a low-risk option. However, if you're looking for a complete ERP system and are not tied to any existing software, Eccosys ERP could be a viable solution, *provided* you or your team understand Portuguese and/or are targeting the Brazilian market. Given the lack of reviews for Eccosys ERP, proceed with caution and consider thoroughly vetting their support and documentation before committing. The absence of user feedback is a significant drawback. For most English-speaking merchants already using MYOB Acumatica, InSyncer is the better, more immediately useful choice.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
InSyncer claims a very quick setup time ('Minutes, Not Months'), whereas Eccosys ERP does not explicitly mention ease of setup. Given InSyncer's focus on integration, it's likely to be faster to implement if you already use MYOB Acumatica.
Which app is better for a Brazilian e-commerce business?
Eccosys ERP, with its description and features in Portuguese and explicit mention of 'NF-e' and 'multi CNPJ', appears to be specifically tailored for the Brazilian market and its regulatory requirements. InSyncer does not mention support for Brazilian-specific regulations.
Which app is better for wholesale (B2B) commerce?
InSyncer explicitly mentions 'B2B Ready: Advanced pricing and features for Wholesale commerce', indicating strong support for B2B sales. Eccosys ERP does not specifically mention B2B capabilities.
What if I don't use MYOB Acumatica? Should I choose Eccosys?
If you don't use MYOB Acumatica, InSyncer is irrelevant. Eccosys ERP becomes a possibility *if* you need an all-in-one ERP system and are comfortable with the potential risks of a new, unreviewed app and its Portuguese language focus. Thoroughly research and possibly trial Eccosys before committing.
How important is the difference in ratings and reviews?
The difference is substantial. InSyncer has a perfect rating with some reviews, suggesting users have generally had positive experiences. Eccosys ERP has no reviews, which means there's no readily available user feedback to help assess its reliability or suitability. The absence of reviews makes Eccosys a riskier choice.
