Our Verdict
The choice between EcoReturns and Zigpoll depends entirely on the merchant's primary need. If returns are a significant drain on resources and negatively impacting the bottom line, EcoReturns ‑ AI for Returns is the clear choice. Its focus on automation and AI-driven optimization can significantly reduce return-related expenses and improve customer satisfaction during the returns process. However, if understanding customer needs and improving the overall customer experience is the priority, Zigpoll Customer Surveys is the better option. Its ease of use, customization options, and ability to collect feedback at various stages of the customer journey make it an invaluable tool for gaining actionable insights. While EcoReturns might indirectly improve customer experience via smoother returns, Zigpoll directly targets and measures it.
