Our Verdict
For most general digital product sellers (eBooks, Music, PDFs) who prioritize social proof and a well-established app, EDP ‑ Easy Digital Products is the better choice. Its large number of positive reviews provides confidence in its reliability and ease of use. However, SellKite Digital Downloads is the preferred option for merchants specifically selling software or products that require license key management and download limits. Its focus on these features makes it a more targeted solution, even though its review count is significantly lower. The custom branding possibilities in SellKite may also sway merchants who want tight brand control.
