Our Verdict
The choice between EG Auto Add to Cart Free Gift and Pify Cart Attribute & Fields hinges on the merchant's primary goal. If the objective is to aggressively boost sales through promotions and incentives, EG Auto Add to Cart Free Gift is the clear winner. Its focus on automated gift-giving and BOGO offers aligns perfectly with strategies aimed at increasing average order value. The high rating and large number of reviews further suggest a well-received and effective app for this purpose.
However, if the merchant prioritizes collecting valuable customer data and enabling specific cart customizations (like delivery dates or custom text), Pify Cart Attribute & Fields is the superior choice. While it has significantly fewer reviews, its unique ability to add custom fields to the cart and registration pages caters to a need that EG Auto Add to Cart Free Gift doesn't address. This is particularly useful for merchants offering personalized products or those needing specific delivery instructions.
