Our Verdict
Choosing between these two apps depends heavily on the merchant's specific needs. If the primary goal is to boost average order value and incentivize purchases with free gifts and BOGO offers, EG Auto Add to Cart Free Gift is the clear choice. Its higher number of reviews and feature set specifically geared towards cart-based promotions suggest it's well-suited for this purpose.
However, if the merchant operates internationally and needs to ensure consistent discount application across different currencies, Pixoo Multi‑Currency Discounts is the better option, even though it has very few reviews. The small number of reviews might imply that this app caters to a niche audience. If you're not dealing with multiple currencies, Pixoo is probably unnecessary. Further information would be required about Pixoo's functionality to make a more certain recommendation. Therefore, EG Auto Add to Cart Free Gift seems like a good default option to try first.
