Elevate A/B Testing Price Test vs PricePitch: Offers & Closefor Shopify (2026)
Elevate A/B Testing Price Test and PricePitch: Offers & Close both aim to optimize pricing for Shopify merchants but take radically different approaches. Elevate focuses on data-driven optimization through A/B testing a wide range of store elements including prices, shipping, themes, and content. It's positioned as a comprehensive platform for maximizing revenue through rigorous experimentation and statistically validated insights. This suggests it's targeted toward larger stores or agencies that value in-depth analytics and testing. PricePitch, in contrast, offers a dynamic pricing model where customers can propose their own prices. This is aimed at increasing engagement and converting more visitors into buyers by allowing for personalized negotiation. It's particularly suited for merchants who want to embrace customer-driven pricing strategies and collect customer email data in the process. While both apps share a pricing category, their practical application is completely different, one providing structured testing and the other direct customer negotiation.

Our Verdict
For larger Shopify stores or agencies dedicated to data-driven decision-making and rigorous A/B testing, Elevate A/B Testing Price Test is the clear choice. Its comprehensive feature set allows for optimization across the entire store, leading to potentially significant revenue gains. However, this comes with the cost of complexity.
For smaller stores or those seeking a simple, engagement-focused approach to pricing, PricePitch: Offers & Close is a better fit. Its dynamic pricing model can increase conversions and engagement, but it requires a willingness to relinquish some control over pricing. Merchants should carefully consider whether they are comfortable with customers proposing prices and the potential impact on brand perception.
