Elevate A/B Testing Price Test vs WT: Request Quote, Hide Pricefor Shopify (2026)
Elevate A/B Testing Price Test and WT: Request Quote, Hide Price are two Shopify apps addressing pricing strategies, but they cater to vastly different needs. Elevate focuses on optimizing revenue through comprehensive A/B testing capabilities across various aspects of the store, including pricing, shipping, themes, and content. It aims to provide data-driven insights for improving customer experience and maximizing profit. WT: Request Quote, Hide Price, on the other hand, appears to offer a simple request-a-quote functionality, potentially for merchants selling custom or high-value products where individualized pricing is necessary. Elevate's strength lies in its all-in-one A/B testing platform, boasting integrations with 100+ platforms and page builders and offering 100+ metrics for analysis. It targets e-commerce teams who require sophistication and statistical validation for their pricing and marketing decisions. In contrast, WT: Request Quote, Hide Price provides a straightforward solution for businesses that prefer to handle pricing on a case-by-case basis, potentially because their products are highly customized or require a sales interaction before revealing the price. The lack of reviews for WT, however, raises concerns about its reliability and feature set, particularly when compared to Elevate's strong reputation.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking data-driven strategies to optimize pricing, shipping, content and overall store performance, Elevate A/B Testing Price Test is the clear choice. Its robust A/B testing features, extensive integrations, and positive user reviews provide a strong foundation for data-driven growth. However, for merchants offering highly customized products or services, and requiring a direct interaction with the customer before revealing a price, WT: Request Quote, Hide Price may be a suitable solution. However, the lack of user feedback and reviews should encourage merchants to thoroughly investigate and perhaps consider alternatives with proven track records before committing to this app.
Given the significant disparity in ratings and reviews, starting with Elevate A/B Testing Price Test would be generally recommended. Merchants requiring quote functionality might then investigate if Elevate can A/B test quote request workflows. If a simple 'request a quote' is paramount, a more established app with user feedback would be preferable to WT: Request Quote, Hide Price.
