Elfsight Scroll to Top Button vs Geolocation & Markets—Selectyfor Shopify (2026)
Elfsight Scroll to Top Button and Geolocation & Markets—Selecty are both Shopify apps, but they cater to vastly different needs and serve entirely different purposes. Elfsight Scroll to Top Button, as its name suggests, likely adds a simple "scroll to top" functionality to a store. Geolocation & Markets—Selecty, on the other hand, is a comprehensive solution for international expansion and localization, focusing on features like currency conversion, language selection, and market redirection based on the user's geolocation. The disparity in ratings and reviews between the two is significant. Selecty boasts a perfect 5/5 rating with 262 reviews, indicating strong user satisfaction, while Elfsight has no ratings or reviews, which might suggest it's either a very new app, poorly executed or poorly marketed. Selecty specifically targets merchants looking to expand internationally and leverage Shopify Markets, offering tools to automatically tailor the shopping experience to different countries. Elfsight likely targets all merchants looking for a very simple scroll to top button.

Our Verdict
Geolocation & Markets—Selecty is the clear choice for merchants serious about international sales and leveraging Shopify Markets. Its robust features and excellent user reviews suggest it's a valuable tool for tailoring the shopping experience to different regions. Elfsight Scroll to Top Button, given its lack of reviews, is difficult to assess. If all a merchant needs is a simple scroll-to-top button, they might consider Elfsight, but alternatives with ratings and reviews would be preferable. Merchants looking to expand globally and tailor their storefront to different markets will find Selecty to be the far superior option.
