EM Product & Collection Sort vs Pushy | Out Of Stock Push Downfor Shopify (2026)
EM Product & Collection Sort and Pushy | Out Of Stock Push Down both address product collection sorting on Shopify stores, but they target different needs and offer vastly different feature sets and user validation. EM Product & Collection Sort positions itself as a comprehensive collection management tool, emphasizing both automatic and manual sorting with options for revenue, inventory, MRP, vendors, and tags, as well as pushing out-of-stock items. Pushy, on the other hand, focuses solely on automatically pushing out-of-stock products to the bottom of collections for a cleaner storefront. The key difference lies in the scope. EM Product & Collection Sort aims to provide a full suite of sorting and management tools, appealing to merchants wanting extensive control over their product displays. Pushy appeals to merchants prioritizing a simple, automated solution specifically for managing out-of-stock items, minimizing manual intervention and ensuring in-stock products are more visible. The lack of user reviews for EM Product & Collection Sort, compared to Pushy's positive (albeit limited) feedback, makes Pushy currently a less risky option, despite its narrower focus.
