Our Verdict
For merchants struggling with manually organizing large product catalogs and especially those who need to consistently remove or hide out-of-stock products, EM Product & Collection Sort offers potentially robust sorting and prioritization features, despite its current lack of reviews. However, the absence of user feedback is a significant risk. If the reviews do not improve significantly in the future, its value proposition is highly questionable.
Conversely, Ripple Collections Builder is better suited for merchants who want a more automated approach to collection management, especially those whose product offerings or customer preferences are constantly evolving. Its dynamic collection creation and sorting capabilities can save time and effort, allowing the collections to adapt to changes without manual intervention. The existing, although limited, positive reviews suggest it delivers on its promise of easier collection management. It is the safer choice based on the available data.
