Our Verdict
The choice between Empact EU/UK VAT automation and Simple Affiliate depends entirely on the merchant's needs. If a merchant is struggling with EU and UK VAT compliance, especially if they are a non-EU/UK seller, Empact is the clear choice, despite the lack of reviews currently. However, the lack of reviews represents a significant risk. If the merchant's primary goal is to boost sales through affiliate marketing and referral programs, Simple Affiliate, with its strong rating and numerous reviews, is the better option. Merchants should prioritize addressing their most pressing business challenge – VAT compliance or sales growth – when making this decision.
