Our Verdict
ReviewsYard appears to be a better choice for merchants primarily focused on quickly collecting product reviews and leveraging them to boost sales. Its automation and incentive features make it easier to gather reviews, and the existing positive rating indicates a satisfactory user experience. Emplifi, while promising a broader suite of features, lacks user validation, making it a riskier choice at the moment. If a merchant needs all the features that Emplifi says that it offers and is prepared to potentially experience a learning curve or issues with an unproven product, Emplifi might still be viable. However, due to lack of ratings, it is impossible to know whether it offers an actual benefit to the merchant.
