Enhance: Approve New Customers vs KwikPass: OTP‑login & Popupsfor Shopify (2026)
Enhance: Approve New Customers and KwikPass: OTP‑login & Popups, while both related to accounts and login, serve fundamentally different purposes. Enhance prioritizes security and control over new customer access by enabling manual verification and restricting access to the store until approved. Its core focus is on creating a gated shopping experience, potentially useful for stores selling age-restricted items or those wanting to vet customers beforehand. KwikPass, on the other hand, aims to streamline the login process and enhance customer engagement through features like phone-based OTP login and interactive pop-ups. KwikPass targets a broader audience of merchants looking to improve conversion rates by simplifying login, identifying anonymous visitors, and engaging them with incentives. Its strength lies in turning casual browsers into identifiable leads and fostering a seamless shopping experience. Enhance provides limited details and has very few reviews, creating uncertainty. KwikPass appears to have proven its worth in the market given the high volume of reviews that may indicate a more robust app. The large disparity in the number of reviews between the two apps should not be ignored. KwikPass has many more reviews, which may be a sign that the app has proven that it can live up to its promises, and is also more widely adopted.

Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing security, age verification, or control over who can access their store, Enhance: Approve New Customers may be a suitable option. However, the low number of reviews makes it difficult to assess its reliability. Merchants looking to boost sales through streamlined logins, identify potential customers, and engage visitors with interactive pop-ups should strongly consider KwikPass: OTP‑login & Popups. The app has significantly more reviews, which suggests it might be a safer and more effective investment. It's a stronger choice for the vast majority of Shopify store owners that need to easily identify new visitors and convert them to customers.
