Our Verdict
Enlistly Affiliate, Influencer is better suited for merchants who are serious about building and actively managing a robust affiliate or influencer marketing program. It provides the tools necessary to recruit, onboard, track, and pay affiliates. Famous Finder App is a niche tool for merchants who are primarily interested in identifying potential marketing opportunities among their existing customer base, particularly if they suspect they may have celebrity customers. The significantly higher rating and review count for Enlistly also suggest a more mature and reliable product overall.
Common Questions
What if I want to both identify existing influencer customers AND manage a broader affiliate program?
In that scenario, Enlistly Affiliate, Influencer provides a more complete solution. While Famous Finder App could supplement Enlistly by providing a heads-up about existing famous customers, it lacks the robust management tools for a comprehensive program.
Is Famous Finder App a waste of money?
Not necessarily. If you're genuinely curious about whether celebrities are purchasing from your store and willing to pay for that information, it may be worth the cost. However, the value proposition is limited compared to proactively managing affiliate programs.
Does Enlistly Affiliate, Influencer find influencers for me?
The description doesn't explicitly state that it *finds* influencers, but it provides tools to *manage* influencers, including onboarding, custom links, and performance tracking. You'll likely need to find and recruit influencers yourself or use other methods for sourcing them.
Which app is easier to set up?
Based on the descriptions, Famous Finder App is likely easier to set up. It appears to be a plug-and-play solution that passively monitors orders. Enlistly requires more configuration to set up affiliate programs, commission structures, and payment methods.
Can I use both apps simultaneously?
Yes, you could theoretically use both apps. Famous Finder App could alert you to celebrity customers, and Enlistly could then be used to potentially engage those customers as affiliates. However, the added value of Famous Finder App in that scenario would need to justify the cost.
