Enzuzo Data Privacy vs Termzy ‑ I Agree To Termsfor Shopify (2026)
Enzuzo Data Privacy and Termzy ‑ I Agree To Terms both address legal compliance for Shopify stores, but they do so with distinct focuses and target audiences. Enzuzo Data Privacy is positioned as a comprehensive, all-in-one data privacy solution, catering to merchants needing to comply with multiple international data privacy laws like GDPR, CCPA, and Law 25. It offers features like customizable cookie consent banners, policy generation, and data subject access requests. It is best suited for stores in or shipping to the U.S., Canada, EEA / EU, UK, and Australia. Termzy ‑ I Agree To Terms takes a more targeted approach, focusing primarily on ensuring customers accept terms and conditions before making a purchase. It's designed for ease of use, offering a one-click setup that adds a T&C checkbox to various pages like the cart and checkout. While it mentions GDPR compliance, its emphasis is on protecting the seller by requiring agreement to T&Cs. It supports additional checkout buttons and offers some regional targeting of the T&C checkbox, but its core function is simpler and more direct than Enzuzo's comprehensive suite.

Our Verdict
For merchants needing a robust, all-encompassing data privacy solution to adhere to multiple international regulations, Enzuzo Data Privacy is the clear choice. Its advanced consent features, policy generation capabilities, and DSAR management provide a comprehensive framework for compliance. However, this comes with potentially greater setup and configuration requirements.
If a merchant simply needs a straightforward way to ensure customers agree to their terms and conditions before completing a purchase, Termzy ‑ I Agree To Terms is the more suitable option. Its ease of use and focus on the T&C checkbox make it a quick and efficient solution. It's perfect for smaller stores or those primarily concerned with basic liability protection rather than full-scale data privacy compliance.
