Our Verdict
If a merchant's primary concern is reducing returns related to sizing issues, and they want a quick, easy-to-implement solution with customizable size charts, ESC Size Charts is the better choice. Its targeted approach and Shopify 2.0 compatibility make it a valuable asset. However, if the focus is on providing a wide array of product options and variations, and merchants require extensive customization capabilities to personalize each product, OPTIS Product Options, Variant is a more suitable solution. Despite the lower review count and rating, this indicates either a newer product, or simply lower marketing exposure. For those needs, the high-star ratings are more indicative of a solid product for that use-case.
