Our Verdict
For merchants whose primary concern is providing accurate estimated delivery dates and reducing shipping-related inquiries, Essential Estimated Delivery appears to be a simpler and potentially more focused solution. Its high rating, though based on fewer reviews, suggests strong satisfaction with its core function. However, Stellar Delivery Date & Pickup is a more robust solution for businesses that handle local delivery, store pickup, or require advanced delivery scheduling features. The significantly higher number of reviews suggests broader usage and potentially more real-world testing, despite the slightly lower rating. Food, florist, grocery, and bakery stores would likely find Stellar Delivery Date & Pickup more suitable due to its pickup and delivery features.
