Our Verdict
The better choice depends entirely on the merchant's priorities. If the goal is to visually reinforce trust and credibility through badges and banners, Essential Trust Badges & Icons is the clear winner. However, if the priority is facilitating direct communication and making it easier for customers to contact the store, Floatify: Social & CTA Buttons is the superior option. Its focus on live chat and readily accessible social buttons can significantly improve customer engagement and reduce barriers to purchase.
For stores that already have strong brand recognition and social proof, Floatify might provide a greater marginal benefit by focusing on immediate customer support.
