Essential Upsell & Cross Sell vs XB: Post Purchase Upsellfor Shopify (2026)
Essential Upsell & Cross Sell and XB: Post Purchase Upsell are both Shopify apps designed to increase AOV (Average Order Value) through upsells and cross-sells. However, they differ significantly in their approach and breadth of features. Essential Upsell & Cross Sell offers a wider range of upsell opportunities, spanning the product page, cart drawer, and post-purchase experience, focusing on features like "frequently bought together" recommendations, product bundles, and automatic discounts. Its strength lies in its comprehensive suite of tools aimed at various stages of the customer journey.
