Our Verdict
Given the current data, Trusted Product Tabs with AI appears to be the more reliable option for most merchants due to its excellent rating and substantial number of positive reviews. The lack of reviews and a 0/5 rating for ESSY Recently Viewed Products raises concerns about its functionality and support. Merchants specifically needing a 'recently viewed products' feature might still consider ESSY, but should proceed with caution and thorough testing. Trusted Product Tabs with AI likely offers a more robust and immediately beneficial solution for improving the product page experience. However, depending on whether you want customers to find what they recently viewed (ESSY) or to organize product tabs (Trusted Product Tabs) will greatly depend on your final choice.
