Our Verdict
Given the data available, Fraud Falcon ‑ Block & Prevent appears to be a significantly more robust and well-regarded solution. For merchants actively seeking to prevent fraudulent orders, chargebacks, and revenue loss, Fraud Falcon is the clear choice. ESTS Cancel Order Notification, with its lack of reviews and unspecified features, is difficult to evaluate and would only be suitable for merchants with very basic cancellation notification needs, and who are willing to take a risk on an unproven app. If a merchant is primarily concerned with preventing fraud, Fraud Falcon is the recommended solution.
