Our Verdict
Given the available data, Mercuri WhatsApp SMS Marketing presents a more compelling option due to its positive reviews and clear focus on customer-facing marketing. It's well-suited for businesses actively seeking to leverage WhatsApp and SMS for promotions and customer engagement. ESTS Cancel Order Notification, with its lack of reviews, is a riskier choice. While the functionality may be useful, the absence of social proof makes it difficult to assess its reliability and effectiveness. A merchant solely needing order cancellation notifications might consider ESTS, but with extreme caution and after thorough investigation.
