Ests Inquire Pro vs GD: Login as Customerfor Shopify (2026)
Ests Inquire Pro and GD: Login as Customer both fall under the 'Support - Other' category in the Shopify app store, but cater to different merchant needs and potentially different tiers of Shopify plans. Ests Inquire Pro, with a 5/5 rating based on one review, suggests a positive initial user experience, though the limited number of reviews makes it difficult to assess its long-term performance or suitability across diverse use cases. Its name suggests a potential focus on customer inquiries and support, although specific features are not provided. GD: Login as Customer, on the other hand, explicitly targets merchants seeking to directly access customer accounts for troubleshooting and support. Its description emphasizes secure login using Shopify Multipass, a feature available only on Shopify Plus plans. While its rating is currently 0/5 with no reviews, its detailed description and listed features provide a clearer picture of its functionality. This app appears to be designed for larger Shopify Plus merchants prioritizing hands-on customer support and testing. The core difference lies in their target audience and functionality. Ests Inquire Pro's lack of description makes it challenging to assess its use case. GD: Login as Customer is specifically designed for Shopify Plus merchants needing direct access to customer accounts and prioritizes secure, logged access through Shopify Multipass.

Our Verdict
Given the available information, GD: Login as Customer is clearly geared towards Shopify Plus merchants who need the ability to log in as their customers for troubleshooting and testing purposes. Its dependency on Shopify Multipass limits its applicability to higher-tier Shopify plans. On the other hand, Ests Inquire Pro lacks sufficient information to make a definitive recommendation. Its purpose and target audience are unclear.
For Shopify Plus merchants needing the 'Login as Customer' functionality, GD: Login as Customer is the obvious choice, assuming they are comfortable with a new app with no reviews and its reliance on Multipass. Without further information about Ests Inquire Pro, it's difficult to determine its suitability for any specific use case. Merchants should look for more reviews and a detailed feature list for Ests Inquire Pro before considering it.
