Our Verdict
Ágil WhatsApp appears more immediately useful for merchants specifically seeking WhatsApp integration for order-related communication. The ability to initiate conversations without manually saving phone numbers addresses a clear pain point. However, the lack of reviews and its Spanish description need to be considered. Ests Inquire Pro, while having a single positive review, lacks sufficient information to determine its value proposition or target audience. Without more data on Ests Inquire Pro, Ágil WhatsApp is the stronger recommendation for Shopify store owners focused on quick WhatsApp communication related to orders, especially those who can benefit from a Spanish-focused application.
