Ests Inquire Pro vs Hola! ‑ Whatsapp Review & CODfor Shopify (2026)
Ests Inquire Pro and Hola! ‑ Whatsapp Review & COD are both Shopify apps in the 'Support - Other' category, but they cater to vastly different needs. Ests Inquire Pro, with a single 5-star review, offers an unspecified 'inquire' functionality. In contrast, Hola! ‑ Whatsapp Review & COD focuses on proactive customer communication for order confirmation, abandoned cart recovery, review requests, and COD verification via call, email, SMS, and WhatsApp. Hola! is designed to be used on-the-go with a mobile app dashboard, making it suited for merchants who want to directly engage with customers through multiple communication channels. The core difference lies in their operational approach. Ests Inquire Pro seems to be a reactive tool for handling customer inquiries (though the exact nature is unclear), while Hola! is a proactive tool aimed at driving sales, reducing abandoned carts, and collecting customer feedback through direct outreach. Hola!'s emphasis on manual customer contact indicates it's targeting businesses that value personalized communication. However, it's worth noting that Hola! has no reviews currently, indicating it might be a very new app with limited user feedback.

Our Verdict
Given the limited information on Ests Inquire Pro, it's difficult to provide a strong recommendation. Its single positive review is insufficient to gauge its effectiveness. Hola! ‑ Whatsapp Review & COD, despite having no reviews, offers a clear and valuable proposition for merchants struggling with abandoned carts, seeking to proactively verify COD orders, or aiming to gather customer feedback and reviews.
For merchants prioritizing active customer engagement and personalized support via multiple channels, Hola! ‑ Whatsapp Review & COD appears to be a more compelling option, especially if they value the ability to manage these interactions on the go. However, given its lack of reviews, thoroughly testing the app during a free trial period (if available) is crucial before committing to a paid plan. For merchants with very specific inquiry needs, Ests Inquire Pro *might* be suitable, but further research and a clearer understanding of its features are necessary.
