Ests Inquire Pro vs Live 1:1 Video Chat | Uptokfor Shopify (2026)
Both Ests Inquire Pro and Live 1:1 Video Chat | Uptok are newly-launched Shopify apps in the 'Support - Other' category, each boasting a perfect 5/5 rating based on a single review. However, their functionalities and target audiences diverge significantly. Uptok explicitly targets merchants seeking to enhance customer experience and drive conversions through real-time, one-on-one video interactions with high-intent shoppers. It focuses on creating human-first conversations, offering features like live intent detection, in-session tools (coupon sending, product suggestions), and customizable video widgets. Ests Inquire Pro's functionality is not described, thus its strengths and target audience are unknown beyond the implied general domain of support. This makes a direct comparison based on functionality challenging without further information on Ests Inquire Pro's features and value proposition.
