Ests Inquire Pro vs Mega Callbackfor Shopify (2026)
Ests Inquire Pro and Mega Callback are both Shopify apps designed to enhance customer interaction through forms, but they appear to address different needs and cater to different merchant profiles. Ests Inquire Pro, with a single 5-star review, is difficult to fully assess, but its name suggests a focus on general inquiry forms. Mega Callback, in contrast, is explicitly positioned as a callback request solution, aiming to facilitate rapid customer outreach. It emphasizes faster response times and building customer trust to boost sales. Mega Callback offers features specifically tailored for callback functionality, such as setting availability times and working days. This allows merchants to manage customer expectations and streamline the callback process. The description heavily emphasizes its ability to create a better customer experience and convert prospective clients. While both apps share the 'Forms' category on Shopify, their approaches to customer interaction appear distinct; one facilitating general inquiries, the other directly promoting callback requests for sales conversion.

Our Verdict
Given the limited data on Ests Inquire Pro, it's difficult to make a definitive recommendation. Mega Callback appears to be the stronger choice for merchants specifically looking to implement a callback request system to improve sales and customer engagement. Its greater number of reviews suggests a more established presence. However, a merchant seeking a more general-purpose form solution might consider researching Ests Inquire Pro further (if more information were available) or exploring alternative form-building apps with more extensive feature sets and user feedback. Ultimately, the best choice depends on the specific needs of the store; if rapid customer response is key, Mega Callback seems like the clear winner.
