Ests Inquire Pro vs NLPearl AIfor Shopify (2026)
Ests Inquire Pro and NLPearl AI both aim to enhance customer support for Shopify merchants, but they adopt drastically different approaches. Ests Inquire Pro, with its limited public data (one 5-star review), suggests a narrower, potentially more focused solution. NLPearl AI, on the other hand, positions itself as a comprehensive AI-powered phone call agent, handling everything from order tracking and support to upselling and abandoned cart recovery, all autonomously and in multiple languages. This broader scope targets merchants looking for a fully automated solution to their phone-based customer interactions. The primary difference lies in their operational focus. Ests Inquire Pro's specific capabilities remain unclear due to limited information. NLPearl AI, however, directly addresses phone-based support, offering a 24/7 AI agent capable of understanding customer sentiment, performing real-time actions via SMS/email, and creating support tickets. It aims to replace or augment traditional call centers, potentially appealing to larger businesses with high call volumes and international customer bases. The 'coming soon' auto call-back for abandoned carts feature shows that it is working to create a more complete end-to-end solution.

Our Verdict
Choosing between Ests Inquire Pro and NLPearl AI hinges on the specific needs of your Shopify store. Given the limited data on Ests Inquire Pro and its one review, it's difficult to provide a concrete recommendation. However, NLPearl AI, with its promise of a fully automated, 24/7 AI phone call agent, is likely a better fit for larger businesses struggling with high call volumes, multilingual customer bases, and the costs associated with traditional call centers. Smaller stores may find its feature set overkill, at least initially.
Merchants should exercise caution with apps lacking reviews, as both currently do. Thoroughly investigate both apps, potentially requesting demos or trials (if available), to ensure they align with your business goals. Once NLPearl AI has more reviews or public data, comparing merchant satisfaction or cost, it would be easier to decide which better suits specific merchant sizes or needs.
