Ests Inquire Pro vs Shopdigits ‑ Phone Numberfor Shopify (2026)
Ests Inquire Pro and Shopdigits ‑ Phone Number both aim to enhance support on Shopify stores, falling under the 'Support - Other' category. However, they present vastly different value propositions based on available data. Ests Inquire Pro, despite having only one review, boasts a perfect 5/5 rating, suggesting initial positive experiences. Shopdigits ‑ Phone Number, on the other hand, has a lower rating of 3.3/5 based on five reviews. This difference in rating, despite the limited review count for Ests Inquire Pro, indicates potentially differing levels of merchant satisfaction. Given the limited information, it's difficult to pinpoint precise feature differences. However, the app names themselves suggest a key divergence: Ests Inquire Pro likely focuses on inquiry management and proactive customer communication, while Shopdigits ‑ Phone Number probably emphasizes phone number capture or management for enhanced customer support channels. The sparse data makes a definitive feature comparison challenging, but the review counts and ratings offer some insight into perceived value. Merchants should proceed with caution, potentially opting for trials (if available) to assess usability and feature set against specific business needs. The key consideration at this stage is the limited data. Both apps are relatively unproven based on their review counts, especially Ests Inquire Pro. Therefore, merchants should prioritize thorough investigation before committing.

Our Verdict
Based on the very limited data, it's challenging to provide a definitive recommendation. However, a merchant heavily focused on proactive customer engagement and handling inquiries efficiently might be drawn to Ests Inquire Pro, despite the lack of reviews. In contrast, a merchant wanting a straightforward solution for phone number management to enhance phone-based support might consider Shopdigits ‑ Phone Number.
However, due to the small number of reviews for both apps, a merchant is strongly advised to thoroughly investigate each app, including contacting the developers, reading any available documentation, and ideally testing the apps (if a trial period is offered). The higher rating of Ests Inquire Pro might indicate potential, but its single review makes it a riskier choice. Shopdigits ‑ Phone Number offers more data points, but the lower rating suggests potential drawbacks. Further research is crucial before making a decision.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to use?
It's difficult to determine ease of use with the available data. Shopdigits ‑ Phone Number has more reviews, potentially indicating a more established or widespread app, but the lower rating suggests potential usability issues.
