Our Verdict
Without more information about Ests Inquire Pro, it's challenging to directly compare its capabilities to WhatsApp Chat Button by ES. WhatsApp Chat Button by ES is the clearer choice for merchants specifically seeking to integrate WhatsApp chat directly into their website to facilitate immediate customer interaction and potentially boost sales. However, the lack of reviews raises some concerns about its reliability and performance. If merchants are uncertain about committing to a specific communication channel like WhatsApp and prefer a more general inquiry solution, Ests Inquire Pro *might* be an alternative, but its limited reviews make it a riskier choice until further social proof is available.
