Our Verdict
Choosing between Ests Product Purchased Badge and Synctrack PayPal Tracking Sync depends entirely on your specific business needs. If your primary focus is on enhancing the customer experience, boosting engagement, and driving sales through personalized recommendations based on purchase history, Ests Product Purchased Badge might be a worthwhile investment. However, it's crucial to consider the very limited number of reviews and potential risk associated with a new app.
On the other hand, if your main concerns revolve around payment processing efficiency, faster access to funds from PayPal and Stripe, and reducing the risk of disputes and chargebacks, Synctrack PayPal Tracking Sync is the clear winner. Its higher rating and significantly larger number of reviews suggest a proven track record of success in addressing these payment-related challenges. For most merchants, especially those handling a significant volume of transactions, the stability and risk mitigation provided by Synctrack are likely more critical than the potentially incremental sales gains promised by Ests Product Purchased Badge.
Common Questions
Does Ests Product Purchased Badge help with payment issues like Synctrack does?
No, Ests Product Purchased Badge focuses solely on displaying purchase history and badges and doesn't address payment processing issues. Synctrack directly addresses payment issues related to PayPal and Stripe fund holds and disputes.
Is Synctrack PayPal Tracking Sync useful if I don't use PayPal or Stripe?
No, Synctrack is specifically designed for PayPal and Stripe users. If you don't use these platforms, it won't provide any value.
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Based on their descriptions, Ests Product Purchased Badge is likely easier to set up due to its simpler functionality. Synctrack, requiring integration with PayPal and Stripe's tracking systems, may involve a more complex setup process, although it automates after the setup is complete.
Can Ests Product Purchased Badge reduce chargebacks?
Indirectly, a better customer experience might reduce some chargebacks. However, it doesn't directly address payment or tracking issues that lead to chargebacks as Synctrack does.
Which app is better for a new Shopify store with few sales?
Synctrack is generally beneficial regardless of sales volume, as faster fund access is always desirable. Ests Product Purchased Badge's value increases with more repeat customers and a larger purchase history, making it less useful for very new stores with little customer data.
