Our Verdict
For stores primarily concerned with providing basic self-service customer support through a simple FAQ section, ET Help Center & FAQ Page could be a viable option, assuming it delivers on that core functionality. However, the significantly lower number of reviews suggests caution. Rapid Reviews: Product Reviews is the clear choice for merchants who recognize the importance of product reviews in driving sales and building trust. Its feature set, including photo/video reviews, deep search, and automated review requests, provides a comprehensive solution for maximizing the impact of customer feedback. The extensive language support further expands its appeal to international merchants.

Rapid Reviews: Product Reviews is more likely to directly increase sales by showcasing positive reviews and enabling customers to make informed purchasing decisions. The after-review discounts and review requests are also designed to drive sales.
Which app is better for international merchants?
Rapid Reviews: Product Reviews is clearly superior for international merchants, given its support for numerous languages (en, es, fr, it, de, nl, sv, pl, hr, lv, pt-br, pt-pt, vi, jp).
If I only need a very basic FAQ, which app is better?
If your needs are *truly* basic, ET Help Center & FAQ Page might suffice, but the lack of reviews is a risk. Many alternatives in the app store that are established might be better choices.
