Our Verdict
For merchants struggling with high cart abandonment due to confusing shipping options or who need a simpler checkout experience, ETP Sort Hide Shipping Rates is a better choice. Its focus is solely on clarifying shipping choices at the point of purchase. However, if the primary goal is to proactively manage customer expectations about *when* their order will arrive, reduce post-purchase inquiries about shipping status, and build trust through transparent delivery information, NS Estimated Delivery Date is the superior option. NS offers more sophisticated tools for managing and communicating delivery timelines and order tracking.
