Euro B2B Smart Hub vs Sidr ‑ Sales Tax Automationfor Shopify (2026)
Euro B2B Smart Hub and Sidr ‑ Sales Tax Automation are both Shopify apps in the 'Taxes' category, but they cater to vastly different needs and geographies. Euro B2B Smart Hub focuses on enabling B2B sales within the European Union, addressing VAT compliance and dual pricing requirements for merchants selling to businesses in the EU. It aims to provide features typically found in Shopify Plus for a wider range of merchants. A significant drawback is its current lack of reviews and a 0/5 rating. Sidr ‑ Sales Tax Automation, on the other hand, is a US-focused solution for automating sales tax reporting and filing. It handles nexus tracking, registration, and reporting, aiming to simplify sales tax compliance for US-based merchants. It boasts a strong 5/5 rating with 52 reviews, indicating a positive user experience. The key difference lies in their geographical focus (EU vs. US) and their functionalities (B2B VAT compliance vs. US sales tax automation).

Our Verdict
The choice between Euro B2B Smart Hub and Sidr ‑ Sales Tax Automation depends entirely on the merchant's location and business model. If you are a merchant selling B2B within the European Union and need assistance with VAT compliance and dual pricing, Euro B2B Smart Hub *could* be a viable option, but the lack of reviews and a 0/5 rating present a significant risk. If you are a US-based merchant struggling with US sales tax compliance, Sidr ‑ Sales Tax Automation is the clear winner due to its positive reviews and focus on US-specific regulations. Given the absence of any positive user feedback for Euro B2B Smart Hub, it's difficult to recommend it until it establishes a proven track record. Sidr appears to be the safer and more reliable option for US merchants.
