Euro Dual Pricing vs KILATECH Currency Converterfor Shopify (2026)
Euro Dual Pricing and KILATECH Currency Converter both aim to solve currency-related challenges for Shopify merchants, but cater to distinct needs. Euro Dual Pricing is a highly specialized app designed explicitly for Bulgarian merchants navigating the transition to the Euro in 2025. It automates the display of prices in both BGN and EUR, adhering to legal formatting guidelines and using the official fixed conversion rate. Its strength lies in its targeted approach and compliance features for a specific legal requirement. KILATECH Currency Converter, on the other hand, is a more general-purpose app. While no specific features or target currencies are stated in the provided data, the app serves to convert from one currency to another, based on it's category. This allows for a broader appeal. KILATECH Currency Converter may also require additional configuration, while Euro Dual Pricing offers more of a plug-and-play solution for Bulgarian merchants.

Our Verdict
For Bulgarian merchants needing to display prices in both BGN and EUR to comply with the 2025 Euro adoption laws, Euro Dual Pricing is the clear winner. Its targeted functionality, legal compliance features, and seamless integration with popular themes make it the ideal choice. KILATECH Currency Converter, on the other hand, is more suitable for stores with a broader international customer base that require a general-purpose currency converter that supports a wide range of currencies and doesn't have a specific compliance focus.
Given the large difference in the number of reviews, KILATECH Currency Converter is a more established app with potentially broader features. However, for the specific use case of Euro adoption in Bulgaria, Euro Dual Pricing is the stronger and more focused option.
